A rich, powerful yet sternly built Pinot.

Deep dark red black tinged colour with a dark red hue. Intense black cherry, anise and strawberry aromas are interwoven with toasty cedar, earth, spicy dried herb and black olive notes. Rich black cherry, anise and ripe strawberry fruits carry ample weight and volume across the mid weighted palate. Toasty cedar, earth, dried herb and spicy black olive characters lie underneath. Powerful yet sternly built it has muscular tannins and a long firmly structured finish.
Drink over the next 6-8 years.

Freshly sliced ripe strawberry with hints of rose stem, baking spices, and bark follow through to a medium body with integrated tannins and a fine and polished finish. Racy and complex. Classy. Drinkable and appreciable now, but it will deliver so much more in three to five years. Screw cap.
