Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with a glimmering green tinged outskirts and watery hue. Intense spicy peach, nectarine and dried honey aromas are intermeshed with biscuity oak, crème brulee and roasted almond notes. Rich and creamy textured yet possessing an underlying freshness the mid weighted palate is layered with white peach and nectarine fruits. Biscuity oak, dried honey, crème brulee and spicy nougat characters then chime in. The long flinty finish showing a degree of refinement.
