Brilliant pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach, nectarine and nougat are featured over biscuity oak and gun flint notes. Rich nectarine and ripe grapefruit flavours carry good weight across the palate underscored by notions of biscuity nougat characters, cashew and infusions of gun flint. Finishes dry and fresh with a subtle cream tinged aftertaste.
