Supplely textured and well rounded with a long fresh, fruit driven finish.
Aged on lees for 9 months in new and seasoned French oak. Brilliant pale straw colour with distinct highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Pear and green apple aromas mix with hints of dried honey, biscuity nougat and citrus. Showing excellent intensity and purity, beautifully fleshed white peach and pear fruits decorate the mid weighted palate with some green apple, subtle biscuity oak and citrusy nougat elements lending further interest. Supplely textured and well rounded it has a long fresh, fruit driven finish.
