Brilliant pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Pronounced grapefruit and citrus aromas infused with gun flint are followed by some trailing notes of light dried honey and biscuity oak. The vibrant palate sees nectarine and grapefruit flavours overlay a back drop of biscuity oak, wet stone and infusions of gun flint. Finishes dry with lively acidity and an elegant yet lengthy aftertaste.
