2020 Lawson's Dry Hills Gewurztraminer

This luscious, intensely flavoured Gewurztraminer was sourced predominately from Lawson’s Home Block vineyard which was planted in 1981.
Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Intense, perfumed like scents of rosewater, pear and lychee intoxicate the olfactory senses with hints of Turkish delight and ginger spice also evident. Exotic pear, lychee and Turkish delight flavours carry a luscious textural feel with notions of musk and spicy ginger lying underneath. Off dry with nicely integrated brisk acidity finishing long, rich and weighty.
Drink over the next 1-2 years.
