Brilliant pale straw colour with green shaded outskirts and a watery hue. Pronounced white peach, nectarine and dried honey aromas fill the nostrils with notions of cashew, biscuity nougat and spice also making an appearance. Mid weighted and gently creamy in its feel, showing good richness as well as refinement are flavours of white peach, nectarine and dried honey. Lying in the background are biscuity nougat, delicate cashew and citrus characters. Finishes dry with good freshness and a medium to long aftertaste that has plenty of finesse to it.
