Dark red core with black tinged edges and a light red hue. Lifted ripe cherry and strawberry aromas combine with hints of anise, earth and spicy dried herbs. Light in body the palate has a savoury flavour profile of cherries and strawberries over earth, vanillin cedar and spice. Polished tannins with an elegant, moderately powered finish.
