Still looking as fresh and youthful as ever, it has a water like core and green tinged surrounds. Lifted pear and lime aromas have a subtle oily toast overlay with some green apple and flint notes also evident. Vibrant, energised feel with racy lime and Granny Smith apple fruits underpinned by zingy acidity. Some delicate pear, gun flint and mineral elements extend across the back half. Finishes long and zesty.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Tasted December 2020. Delicate aromatics at first. A puff of Mediterranean herbs and lemon blossom, but of course all the action is on the palate. Steely, tight and linear, with wet stone and lime juice. The acidity is pure talc and the finish pristine. Lip-smacking and delicious. Drink by 2028.
