Brilliant water like core with distinct highlights of green running around the outskirts. Delicate granny smith apple and lime scents are intermeshed with fresh herbs and a subtle waxy note. Racy lime and green apple fruits are underpinned by fresh crunchy acidity followed by some vibrant citrus and infusions of flinty mineral characters. Dry mouth-watering finish with a long focused, saline laced aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.

Other Reviews….
Now up to the fifth vintage of this wine (of the commercial releases), though it was produced for two years prior. Time flies.
Salty seaside tang, lemon peel and lemon water, a smattering of green herbs too. It’s tight and tangy, very fresh and chalky in texture, not a great deal of flavour in a way, yet still lovely to drink. Has line and length and plenty of energy. Grip and zesty bitter lemon appeal. Drink 2022-2028.
