2020 Inkerman Rd by Sorrenberg Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw colour with flashes of green around the edges and a watery hue. Scents of ripe peach, nectarine and dried honey show ample intensity with some biscuity oak, nougat and spice notes following on. Richly textured with a round creamy mouthfeel, the amply weighted palate is layered with ripe peach, dried honey, nougat and crème brulee flavours which sit over a back drop of biscuity oak, traces of butterscotch and spice. Excellent concentration finishing long and opulent.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
