2020 Howard Park Flint Rock Chardonnay

Brilliant pale straw to straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. The nose is amply endowed with ripe peach, honeycomb and crème brulee aromatics followed by some citrusy nougat, faint butterscotch and light bacon fat. Fleshy white peach fruits drive the palate with ripe melon, citrusy nougat and crème brulee elements ensuing. Creamy mid palate feel finishing with good freshness and a mid length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
