A cool, pure and airy nose features notes of wet stone, essence of apple, white flower and spiced apple. The highly energetic and beautifully textured middle weight flavors brim with both minerality and sappy dry extract, all wrapped in a moderately austere, chiseled and linear finish that is borderline strict. This beauty is so tightly wound that I would strongly advise to not even touch a bottle for at least 5 years. Drink through 2030+.

Allen Meadows - Burghound

Fine pale lemon colour. Little green tints. The stones bound forth on the nose, much more chiselled than the Genevrières for example. Really intense, all about the tension, a long flowing finish on very pure white fruit, at the perfect pitch of ripeness. Brilliantly done. A clear 5 stars!
