The 2020 Mâcon-Pierreclos Tris de Chavigne is a step up still in intensity and energy, mingling aromas of crisp Anjou pear and green apple with hints of orange oil, iodine, white flowers and freshly baked bread. Medium to full-bodied, satiny and textural, it's layered and concentrated, with a tightly wound core, racy acids and a long, chalky finish.
