Biodynamic Chenin Blanc with luscious fruit and brisk acidity counterpointing a relatively viscous feel

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Lifted pear, baked apple and honeysuckle aromas mix with ripe quince and cinnamon spice notes. Luscious pear, baked apple and honeysuckle flavours overlay a quince and wet slate back drop. Brisk acidity counterpoints a relatively viscous feel. Finishes very dry with a long baked fruit, honeysuckle, quince and wet stone aftertaste.
