Vaccelli's Granit Blanc is a selection of 100% Vermentinu vines 26 years old on average, sitting at the highest part on the hill facing the sea. This aspect lends a gentle salinity to the complex range of lemon and yellow stone fruit flavours, driven long on the palate with wet stone mineral streak. Another outstanding example of how in the right hands Vermentino has the capacity to engage the senses as well as any other white varietal.
