2020 Colab and Bloom Nero d'Avola

Deep dark red purple colour with black tinged edges and a bright purple red hue. Fragrant ripe dark cherry and blueberry aromas mix with red liquorice, earth, fresh herbs and subtle spicy incense notes. Light to medium bodied the palate sports a fresh juicy flavour profile of ripe cherries, blueberries and liquorice which are underpinned by infusions of incense and spicy fresh herbs. Vibrant acidity gives the wine a youthful crunchy vibe. Slightly chalky tannins with a lively red to blue fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
