A 100% Merlot made Sulphur free with no oak. Dense inky black heart with a dark red black tinged hue. Pronounced blackcurrant and liquorice aromas are intermeshed with earthy graphite and black olive notes. Rich blackcurrant and liquorice fruits carry ample flesh over a back drop of scorched earth, graphite and black olive. Sturdy structural feel with some subtle tannic grip to the mid length finish.
