Fermented and matured in French oak for 10 months. Brilliant pale straw colour with glistening green tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of white peach, nectarine and subtle dried honey have a distinct gun flint overlay with some roasted almond and spicy nougat notes ensuing. Rich and creamy textured the medium to full bodied palate is bristling with white peach and nectarine fruit which sits over a background of dried honey, biscuity oak, delicate cashew, nougat and infusions of gun flint. Good underlying freshness concluding long and voluminous.
