2020 Bremerton Selkirk Shiraz

Matured in new and old American and French oak barrels for 18 months. Midnight black core with a dark red black tinged hue. Elevated dark plum and liquorice aromas lead the way followed by some toasty vanillin cedar, earth and peppered herb notes. Rich and plush the full bodied palate is awash with succulent dark plum, blackberry and liquorice fruits. Vanillin cedar, scorched earth and peppered fennel characters lie underneath. Concludes long and opulent with polished tannins.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
