Certified biodynamic with maturation taking place in old oak barrels for 12 months. Totally opaque dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Spicy red currant and mulberry scents are joint by cedary tobacco leaf, black olive and bay leaf notes. Medium bodied mulberry and red currant fruits overlay cedary tobacco, subtle gurkin and bay leaf characters. Fine grained tannins with an elegant mid length conclusion.
