2020 Black Jack Shiraz

Aged in small American oak barriques for 22 months. Deep dark red black shaded colour with a dark red hue. Pronounced ripe dark plum and liquorice aromas are intermeshed with vanillin cedar and subtle peppered earth notes. Rich fleshy dark plum, ripe cherry and liquorice fruits overlay a toasty vanillin cedar and spice back drop. Velvet smooth tannins with a long generously fruited conclusion that has a succulent feel to it.
Drink over the next 4-5 years.
