Brilliant very pale straw colour with a faint glimmer of green around the outskirts and a watery hue. A mix of passionfruit, zesty citrus and gooseberry aromas are trailed by some grassy asparagus notes. Zippy passionfruit and gooseberry flavours are backed by crunchy acidity that has a citrus like zest to it. Subtle grassy asparagus characters are also present. Finishes dry with infusions of flinty minerals on the racy aftertaste.
