Only 97 dozen made. Partial (20%) whole-bunch fermentation then left on skins for 3 days before being matured in older oak, a puncheon and 2 barriques. A light, bright, cherry red. Red apple and cherry skins, pomegranate and a light incense stick spice. A lighter and moreish expression of Yarra pinot that finishes with chalky tannins and a mouth-watering cherry-pip acidity. Drink by 2027.
