Certified organic. Brilliant copper straw tinged colour with a watery hue. Aromas of pear and red apple skin mix with hints of quince, musk and spice. The palate features pear skin and dried apple flavours over a back drop of quince and ginger spice. Finishes very dry with brisk acidity and a faintly bitter aftertaste.
