Brilliant water like colour with a light greenish tinge around the edges. Pungent ripe gooseberry and passionfruit aromatics have a herbaceous grassy overlay with some green apple and subtle spice notes also present. Delicious passionfruit, green apple and herbaceous gooseberry flavours show terrific intensity with some lime and grassy characters lying underneath. Crisp dry finish with a long aftertaste.
