2020 Ad Hoc Wallflower Riesling

Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Pronounced lemon and lime juice scents are followed by green apple, wet steel and slatey mineral notes. Mouth watering flavours of lime juice drive the palate with lemon, granny smith apple and steely mineral characters lying underneath. Snappy acidity leads into a long piercing finish that has an austere feel to it.
