Certified organic. Dense inky black core with a deep bright dark red black hue. Freshly crushed ripe berry aromas intermix with liquorice, plum and vanillin spice. Bold and juicy the palate is filled with rich dark plum, liquorice and freshly crushed dark cherry fruits. Sitting underneath are inky earth and spicy vanilla elements. Vibrant acidity and slightly chalky tannins underpin the youthful fruits. The medium length conclusion full of succulence.
