Predominantly Gingin clone from 7 separate blocks tthat (sic) were harvested over 16 days. Mainly wild ferment. Matured 7 months in French oak. Yellow peach, nectarine, white currant and hints of gunflint make up the core flavour profile, with pink grapefruit and crushed cashew woven through the finish. A crowd-pleaser with interest. Drink by 2027.
