Certified organic. Totally opaque black dark red colour with a deep dark red hue. Pronounced ripe blackcurrant aromas mix with hints of liquorice, vanillin cedar, light dusty earth and dried herb notes. Medium to full in body the palate features rich blackcurrant fruit over vanillin cedar, dusty earth and spicy dried herbs. Firms up on the finish with muscular tannins leading into a long ripe chewy aftertaste.
