2019 Tait The Ball Buster

A blend of 77% Shiraz, 12% Merlot and 11% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dense pitch black heart with a deep dark red black tinged hue. Intense liquorice, black plum and dark chocolate scents waft through the nostrils with vanillin oak, scorched earth and spice notes ensuing. Rich, dense and heavy the palate is engulfed with lavish liquorice, black plum and black cherry fruit. Toasty oak, earth and spice elements sit underneath. Ripe chewy tannins with a long, plush, high octane finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
