Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Aromas of nectarine and pear have a biscuity nougat like overlay with hints of grapefruit and gun flint also evident. Light to medium weight, the palate has an elegant flavour profile of nectarine and pear fruit over light biscuity oak, citrus and faint infusions of gun flint. Dry finish with brisk acidity and a refined aftertaste.
