2019 Schiopetto Collio Pinot Grigio

Bright straw colour with a watery hue. Pronounced ripe pear and honeyed apple scents mix with baked quince and spice notes. Rich as well as being texturally full and luscious, the palate is engulfed with ripe pear, baked apple and honeycomb flavours. Also chiming in are quince and spice. Some nicely balanced acidity lends just the right amount of freshness to the long finish.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.

Lots of subtle, sliced ripe peaches and pears with honey, blossom and lilac aromas. Cloves, too. It’s full-bodied and dense with impressive fruit and soft, creamy texture. It nicely framed with phenolics and acidity. Drink or hold.
