2019 Santa Sofia Valpolicella Classico

Dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright red hue. The nose expels scents of morello cherry and red plum followed by some subtle earth, fresh herb and gentle spice notes. Light in body with a fresh juicy feel, red and morello cherry fruits mix with red raspberry, delicate earth tones and infusions of fresh herbs. Lively acidity with polished tannins and a vibrant red fruited aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
