Brilliant very pale straw, almost water like colour. Aromas of pear and red apple intermingle with hints of honeysuckle, citrus and flinty mineral notes. Possessing good weight and plenty of texture the palate is flush with ripe pear and red apple fruits which meld into dried honey and subtle quince. Dry spicy finish with brisk acidity and a long ripe, spice laden aftertaste.
