Bright pale straw to straw colour with a watery hue. Spicy pear and red apple skin aromas mix with hints of quince and some slatey mineral notes. Scrumptious pear and apple fruits overlay a back drop of quince, wet slate and minerals. Finishes dry with crunchy acidity and a zippy mineral laced aftertaste.
