Certified organic. Bright pale straw colour with a watery hue. Nosing offers up a mix of pear, Jonathan apple and honeysuckle scents followed by spicy quince notes. Flavours of ripe pear apple and quince have a rounded textural feel. Finishes with zingy fresh acidity. Some mandarin and flinty mineral characters making an appearance on the aftertaste.
