2019 Little Frances Chenin Blanc

Fermented with ambient yeast in neutral French oak barrels. Aged in barrels with fine lees for six months. Bright yellow straw colour with a watery hue. Aromas of baked pears mix with dried apple, light toast and spice. Nicely rounded texturally the palate features flavours of pear and baked apple over vanillin spice and cinnamon characters. Finishes dry and spicy with a supple feel to the lingering spicy almond aftertaste.
Drink over the next 2 years.
