Brilliant water like core with greenish tinged edges. Intense lime zest and lemon aromas mix with granny smith apple, wet steel and flinty mineral notes. Racy lemon and lime fruits dominate over orange rind, chalky talc and steely mineral characters. Excellent concentration and power finishing dry and crunchy with shimmering acidity and a long zippy aftertaste.
