2019 J. Denuziere Les Serines Cotes du Rhone

Deep dark red black colour with a dark red hue. Emerging out of the glass are aromas of black raspberry and liquorice infused with peppered earth and spicy dried meat notes. Rich black cherry and liquorice fruits are framed by chewy tannins with scorched earth, herbs du Provence and peppered meat elements lying underneath. Ripe yet firm finish with a medium length aftertaste that has a leathery feel to it.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
