2019 In Praise of Shadows Shiraz

Dense inky black colour with a bright dark red black hue. Heady dark plum, blackberry and liquorice scents float through the olfactory senses followed by vanillin cedar, a whiff of graphite, fennel and peppered meat notes. Rich, intense and succulent the palate is awash with dark plum, liquorice, blackberry and blueberry fruits that have a fresh, luscious feel. Subtle vanillin cedar, fennel and spicy pepper characters ensue. Shows good energy and depth with a long juicy finish.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
