Semi translucent dark red colour with black tinged edges and a light bright red hue. Fragrant aromas of violets, red cherries and winter strawberries are trailed by some forest floor notes, fresh herbs and spice. Very savoury the palate is decorated with juicy red cherry and strawberry fruits which over hang a background of forest floor, fresh herb infusions and spice. Slightly dryish but fine grained tannins with bright fresh acidity concluding medium to long.
