2019 Furlan Conegliano Valdobbiadene Millesimato Prosecco Superiore

Pours with an exuberant mousse that holds well over a very pale straw coloured base that has a very fine stream of tiny bubbles flowing through it. Pear and apple aromas marry into bready notes followed by some citrus and light sherbet. Delicious ripe apple and pear fruits have a cream tinged feel with some citrus and bready characters lying underneath. Dry crisp finish with a racy aftertaste of ample length.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
