Certified organic. Brilliant very pale straw colour with greenish tinged edges and a watery hue. Distinct lime and lemon scents show good aromatic elevation with wet steel, orange rind and subtle oily mineral notes ensuing. Rich lime and citrus flavours show excellent concentration and have a texturally full impression. Subtle notions of green apple and orange are also present. Finishes dry with infusions of wet steel and mineral. Brisk acidity with a long conclusion that is both intense and weighty.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
Alc. 13.7%
A very pristine nose with aromas of crushed stones, white pepper, lemons, yellow grapefruit and lightly spiced pastry. The palate has striking acidity that floods in early with plenty of citrus-dominant flavors and then chisels in tight, before launching long into the finish. Like a baseball pitcher’s wind up, it lands right in the strike zone! From organically grown grapes. Drink over the next decade. Screw cap.
