2019 Forty-Two Degrees South Pinot Noir

Deep dark red colour with black tinged edges and a bright purple red hue. Ripe dark cherry and plum aromas are married to some anise, subtle inky earth and spice notes. Freshly crushed dark cherry and plum fruits fill the mouth giving it a juicy feel. Elements of anise, inky earth and spice sit underneath. Bright youthful finish with slightly dryish but fine grained tannins and a medium length aftertaste.
Drink over the next 3-4 years.
