2019 Emillian Cabernet Sauvignon

Midnight black core with a deep dark red black tinged hue. A mixture of red to black currant and mulberry scents infused with dried herbs are trailed by cigar box, black olive and spice notes. Mid weighted red to black currant fruits show plenty of richness over a dusty cedar, tobacco, dried herb and spicy black olive back drop. Sturdy tannin structure with a long ripe brambly conclusion.
Drink over the next 5-6 years.
