Matured in French oak for 11 months. Brilliant very pale straw colour with highlights of green around the edges and a watery hue. Elevated nectarine and white peach scents mingle with biscuity oak, faint dried honey, citrusy nougat and gun flint notes. Rich peach, nectarine and dried honey flavours show terrific intensity and possess a creamy textural feel. Biscuity oak, nougat, cashew and subtle infusions of gun flint also chime in. Finishes with a balanced freshness and a long generously rounded aftertaste.
