Domaine Thibert is a family-owned Domaine with 22 hectares planted to Chardonnay in and around Fuissé. They have farmed organically since 1998.
Brilliant pale straw colour with green highlighted edges and a watery hue. Attractive white peach, pear and lime scents drift through the nostrils trailed by some oyster shell and stony mineral like notes. Delicious pear, white peach and pear fruits show impressive intensity and textural shape across the palate. Traces of dried honey, wet stone and minerally oyster shell like elements sit in the background. Fresh acidity imparting a vibrant feel across the long, well rounded finish.
