A blend of Mourvedre, Grenache and Cinsault. Translucent salmon pink colour with a watery hue. A fragrant bouquet of peaches, cherries and subtle blood orange is followed by some wet stone and spicy citrus notes. Vibrant flavours of fresh peaches, blood orange and citrus show superb concentration and freshness with stony mineral characters sitting underneath. Finishes dry with mouth watering acidity and a long aftertaste that has some tang to it.
