Other Reviews....
Pungent aromas of wood and reduction overshadow everything but a hint of violet. More interesting are the wonderfully refined medium weight flavors that possess both fine cut and minerality before culminating in a chiseled and sneaky long finish that is firm but not so much so that this couldn't be approached after a few years of bottle age. Excellent quality here for a villages level wine. Drink 2027+.

Allen Meadows - Burghound

A blend of several parcels including two declassified Premier Crus, the 2019 Chambolle-Musigny Village is matured with 20% whole bunch. The nose was showing some reduction, although there seems to be plenty of dark berry fruit here. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, nicely judged acidity, a rounded texture and a silky-smooth finish. This is a well-crafted Chambolle Village. Drink 2022 - 2032.

Neal Martin - Vinous

The blend includes 1ers Crus Gruenchers and Baudes. Delicious mid purple with real energy. The nose fills out more than many of its predecessors, in a fine deep raspberry style. Excellent balancing acidity, a Chambolle of charm and elegance.
